This Refund Policy describes how Club Hard (the “Site” or “we”) processes refunds and when and how you can expect refunds.

Ticket refunds

Refunds on tickets are only possible if the event is cancelled. If you can't attend the event or festival, please resell your tickets through our partner Ticketswap.

In case of cancellation

Ticketbuyer will be informed via email. It's important you subscribe to our emails.
Refunds will automatically go to your chosen payment method.
Refunds are processed between 3-7 days.
